The construction method comprises the following steps: during construction of a parking garage roof, reserving a frame column main reinforcement of the cover building, and sealing the frame column main reinforcement with a temporarily poured reserved concrete column; chiseling a subway roof structure; arranging reserved concrete column, and expanding for 30-40 cm by chiseling beyond the chisel range of the reserved concrete column; and constructing a waterproof measure during dismantling of a structure. By use of the construction method of the subway parking garage cover building, the subway parking garage cover building can be more efficiently constructed, theconstruction process is safer and more reliable, meanwhile, the better construction quality is guaranteed, the frame column main reinforcement is protected against effects of external construction byconstructing a temporary protective building, the construction and dismantling of the temporary building reserved column are operated according to the steps, and the safety of buildings including theframe column main reinforcement can be guaranteed as much r as possible.
