A horizontally-arranged slaking device barrel is included and provided with a gear ring. The outer surface of the slaking device barrel is provided with a plurality of installing adjusting assemblies for fixedly installing the gear ring on the slaking device barrel. The multiple installing adjusting assemblies are annularly and sequentially arranged at intervals along the outer surface of the slaking device barrel. By means of the gear ring adjusting device, the gear ring can be fixedly arranged on the slaking device barrel, the concentricity between the gear ring and the slaking device barrel can be greatly guaranteed, operation is convenient during adjustment of the concentricity between the gear ring and the slaking device barrel, efficiency is high, and the welding requirements can be greatly lowered; and direct welding between the gear ring and the barrel can be avoided, accordingly, welding stress deformation is reduced, and the service life of the gear ring is effectively prolonged.
