The mortar is composed of a liquid material and a powder material, wherein the liquid material comprises, by weight, 60-70 parts of a silicone acrylic emulsion, 0.6-1 part of a dispersing agent, 0.2-0.5 part of a defoaming agent I, 0.1-0.3 part of a preservative, 2-5 parts of a coalescing agent and 0-30 parts of water I; and the powder material comprises, by mass, 42-48 parts of cement, 40-45 parts of quartz powder, 10-15 parts of fly ash, 0.5-1 part of a water repellent, 0.3-0.6 part of a defoaming agent II, 0.2-0.4 part of an anti-cracking fiber, 0.5-1 part of a water reducing agent and 0.1-0.3 part of a water retaining agent. Firstly, methyl groups surrounding Si-O bonds in the silicone acrylic emulsion are arranged outwards and rotated, so that the mortar has good waterproof and air-permeable properties; and secondly, the coal ash is selected, the specific surface area is large, a porous structure is achieved, and enough micropores of the waterproof mortar are reserved through reasonablegrading, introduction of hydrophobic particles and the like to make water molecules penetrate through the micropores, so the mortar has good waterproof and permeable properties.
