The invention provides a novel low-density plugging cement paste system for a fractured reservoir. The system comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of oil well cement, 10-50parts of glass micro-beads, 30-50 parts of silica micro-powder, 0-30 parts of a composite reinforcing material, 5-15 parts of a fluid loss agent, 1-2.5 parts of a dispersing agent, 3-8 parts of a retarder, 1-3 parts of fibers and 80-110 parts of water. According to the invention, the low-density plugging cement paste system for the fractured reservoir has excellent high-temperature resistance, excellent right-angle thickening performance and excellent long-term mechanical properties, can effectively enhance the stratum pressure-bearing capacity to 3.5-7.0 MPa, is expected to effectively solvethe main problems of high temperature, leakage, set cement strength decline and the like in deep fractured reservoir cementing, and has very wide application prospects.
本发明提供了一种新型的用于裂缝油藏的低密度堵漏水泥浆体系,体系各组分以及重量比例为:油井水泥100份、玻璃微珠10~50份,硅微粉30~50份,复合增强材料0~30份,降失水剂5~15份,分散剂1~2.5份,缓凝剂3~8份,纤维1~3份,水80~110份。本发明的用于裂缝油藏的低密度堵漏水泥浆体系具有优异的抗高温性能和“直角稠化”性能,长期力学性能优异,可有效提高地层承压能力达3.5~7.0MPa,可望有效解决深部裂缝型油藏固井所面临的高温、漏失、水泥石强度衰退等主要问题,具有非常广阔的应用前景。
