The invention relates to a novel efficient vitrified micro bubble inorganic thermal insulation mortar material and a preparation technology thereof. The mortar material is prepared from, by weight, 90to 120 parts of Portland cement, 50 to 90 parts of fly ash, 10 to 30 parts of nanometer silicon dioxide, 1 to 5 parts of a waterproof agent, 1 to 3 parts of redispersible latex powder, 30 to 70 partsof lightweight aggregate, 1 to 2 parts of an auxiliary agent and 2 to 3 parts of lime. The technology is simple and stable, and the mortar material has good waterproofness and frost resistance.
