The invention relates to the technical field of refractory fiber materials, and discloses a 1260 DEG C biosoluble environment-friendly refractory fiber and a preparation process thereof. The refractory fiber is prepared from, by mass, 67.6-70.32% of SiO2, 13.34-15.37% of CaO, 8.48-11.26% of MgO and 3.28-5.57% of ZrO2, and the content of impurities in the refractory fiber is not higher than 2%. Thepreparation process of the refractory fiber comprises the following steps: 1) mixing of materials; 2) material distribution; 3) melting; 4) spinning to form fibers; 5) collecting of cotton; and (6) post-treatment, cutting, and rolling to obtain the refractory fiber product. On the basis of the original 1200 DEG C soluble environment-friendly fiber, by adding a proper amount of high-melting-pointzirconium oxide, the high-temperature crystallization speed of the fiber is successfully reduced, the service life of the refractory fiber is effectively prolonged, and meanwhile, the fiber meets therequirement that the alkaline earth metal content of C3 type fibers and biosoluble environment-friendly refractory fibers is 18-43%.
本发明涉及耐火纤维材料技术领域,公开了一种1260℃生物可溶性环保型耐火纤维及其制备工艺,本发明的耐火纤维的各原料按照以下质量百分比配比:SiO67.6~70.32%、CaO 13.34~15.37%、MgO 8.48~11.26%、ZrO3.28~5.57%,其中,所含杂质含量不高于2%;上述耐火纤维的制备工艺,包括步骤:1)混料;2)布料;3)熔融;4)甩丝成纤;5)集棉;6)后处理,最后经过切割后,打卷获得本发明的耐火纤维产品。本发明在原1200℃可溶性环保纤维的基础上,通过加入适量的高熔点氧化锆,成功降低了纤维的高温析晶速度,有效延长耐火纤维的使用寿命,同时该纤维满足C3类纤维和生物可溶性环保型耐火纤维的碱土金属含量18%~43%之要求。
