The invention relates to a preparation process of a light partition board. The preparation process comprises the following preparation steps: preparing an adhesive: respectively pouring Portland cement, a building material, cellulose, a water reducing agent and a cement foaming agent into a stirrer, adding water, and stirring to obtain the adhesive; mixing: respectively pouring the fly ash, the coal cinder and the ceramsite into the stirrer, properly stirring, adding the same amount of adhesive, and stirring for a certain period of time to obtain wallboard slurry; emptying: pouring the wallboard slurry into a vibration hopper for further uniform vibration, and after the wallboard slurry is uniformly vibrated for a certain period of time, putting the wallboard slurry into a mold under a constant-temperature condition for shaping; demoulding and curing: after the wallboard slurry is shaped in the mould for 20 hours, pulling out the wallboard block from the mould; and placing the wallboard block body pulled out of the mold in a shady, cool and dark place to be maintained for four weeks so that the wallboard block body with stable quality is formed. The process has the effects that theforming time of the light partition board is shortened, and the finished product quality of the light partition board is effectively guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种轻质隔墙板制备工艺，其包括如下制备步骤：制备粘合剂，将硅酸盐水泥、筑料、纤维素、减水剂和水泥发泡剂分别倒入搅拌机内，加水拌和后制成粘合剂；混料，将粉煤灰、煤渣、陶粒分别倒入搅拌机内，适当搅拌后加入等量的粘合剂，搅拌一定时间后制得墙板浆体；放料，将墙板浆体倒入振动料斗内进一步振匀，待墙板浆体振匀一定时间后，将其投入恒温条件下的模具内定型；出模养护，墙板浆体在模具内定型时间达到20h后，将墙板块体从模具内拉出；将拉出模具的墙板块体放置于阴凉避光处养护四周的时间，以形成质量稳定的墙板块体。本发明具有缩短轻质隔墙板成型时长，并有效保障轻质隔墙板成材质量的效果。
