Rubber joint combined type temporary pavement structure
The invention discloses a rubber joint combined type temporary pavement structure. Temporary pavement slabs are bidirectionally connected, holes are formed in four side edges, the temporary pavement slabs are connected with channel steel through bolts, rubber blocks extend between two waists of the channel steel and are connected with the channel steel in a hole aligning manner, and a plurality ofpavement slabs are assembled to form a whole temporary pavement. The temporary pavement is semi-rigid and can deform bidirectionally, the pavement transmits a vehicle load to a soil foundation through certain deformation, and damage caused by large flexural deformation of a single pavement slab is avoided; a checkered plate is welded on a pavement slab so that a pavement friction coefficient is increased; bidirectional stiffening ribs are welded on the inner side of the pavement slab so that flexural rigidity of the pavement slab can be improved, and the pavement slab is prevented from beingdeformed and damaged under the action of the vehicle load; and the whole pavement is easy to pave, recycle and transport and flexible to assemble, a temporary road can be quickly paved, the structureadapts to a large tide of mechanical construction, construction efficiency is improved, and the structure can be repeatedly used.
本发明公开了一种橡胶节点组合式临时路面结构,临时路面板之间双向连接,四个侧边均开孔,通过螺栓同槽钢相连,橡胶块伸入槽钢两腰之间,对孔相连,如此多块路面板拼装形成整个临时路面。本发明临时路面为半刚性,可以双向变形,路面通过一定的变形将车辆荷载传至土基,避免单个路面板发生较大的挠曲变形而损坏;路面板面板上焊接花纹板,增大路面摩擦系数;路面板内侧焊接双向加劲肋条,能提高路面板的抗弯刚度,避免路面板在车辆荷载作用下发生变形破坏;整个路面易于铺设、回收以及运输,组装灵活,能够快速地铺设出一条临时道路,适应了机械化施工的大潮流,提高施工效率,且能够重复使用。
