The device comprises a machine body, a driving box, a cab, driving wheels and a compaction wheel and is characterized in that a driving motor is started, the driving motor drives a driving shaft to rotate, the driving shaft rotates to drive driven shafts to descend, and the driven shafts descend to drive limiting columns to descend in hollow frame bodies through connecting plates; meanwhile, the driven shafts descend to drive upper column bodiesto descend, the upper column bodies drive outer frame bodies to perform pressing, inner movable columns ascend in inner frame bodies, external plates are pressed, and first springs are compressed, sothat buffering on the pressing acting force is achieved, and the pressing force is moderate; and meanwhile, the inner frame bodies press connecting rods through bearing plates, the connecting rods press inner frame bases through transverse rods, and second springs are compressed, so that the compaction acting force of a compaction outer frame on a roadbed is increased. According to the device, the pressure can be adjusted while re-pressing is carried out, and the flatness of the compacted roadbed is kept.
