Reinforcing agent for reinforcing deeply-buried earthen ruins and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a reinforcing agent for reinforcing deeply-buried earthen ruins and a construction method thereof. The reinforcing agent is prepared by taking loess and glutinous rice flour asmain raw materials, wherein the blending proportion of the glutinous rice flour is 2-3% of the mass of the loess. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) drilling holes around the ruins andsampling, measuring the pH value conditions of each soil layer and underground water, and determining the blending proportion of the glutinous rice flour according to the pH values of different soil layers; (2) excavating grooves to a specified depth by using an excavator; (3) inserting steel sheet piles by using a manipulator; (4) performing high-pressure rotary jet grouting on a guide hole between a front steel sheet pile and a rear steel sheet pile, and filling a loess and glutinous rice flour mixture; (5) mechanically vibrating, wherein the vibrating times are determined by the depth of aruin foundation pit; (6) continuously excavating earthwork to an elevation position; and (7) cutting off redundant profile steel on the upper parts of the steel sheet piles. The reinforcing agent disclosed by the invention has the advantages of good reinforcing effect, convenience in preparation, no change in the chemical environment of the ruins, simple and standard construction method, accordance with the principles of economy and environmental friendliness, easiness in popularization and better economic benefit.
本发明公开了一种加固深埋土遗址的加固剂及其施工方法。是以黄土和糯米粉为主要原料制备构成,糯米粉掺混的比例为黄土质量的2%~3%;方法为:1)遗址周围钻孔取样,测定各土层及地下水酸碱度情况,根据不同土层酸碱度来确定糯米粉掺混比例;2)采用挖机开挖沟槽至指定深度;3)采用机械手插钢板桩;4)在前后钢板桩之间高压旋喷引孔,灌入黄土‑糯米粉混合物;5)机械振捣,振捣次数由遗址基坑深度决定;6)继续开挖土方至标高位置;7)割除钢板桩上部多余型钢。本发明的加固剂加固效果好,制备方便且不改变遗址所处化学环境,施工方法简单规范,符合经济环保的原则,并易于推广,具有较好的经济效益。
