Assistant compensation-type flap valve
The invention discloses an assistant compensation-type flap valve which relates to the technical field of flap valve plates. The flap valve comprises a flap valve plate and a pipeline, wherein supporting arms are fixed side by side on the flap valve plate; end parts of both the supporting arms are hinged with connecting blocks; a connecting rod is connected to a side face of each connecting block;the connecting rod is sleeved with a pressing spring; supporting blocks hinged with the supporting arms are connected side by side to one end of the pipeline; hinge bases are connected side by side to the other end of the pipeline; each hinge base is hinged with an U shaped block; a through hole in clearance fitting with the connecting rod is formed in a side face of each U shaped block; one endof the pressing spring is pressed against the connecting block, and the other end is pressed against the U shaped block; and the pressing spring is used for providing assistance for an opening and closing state between the flap valve plate and the pipeline. The flap valve disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that through connection of the connecting rod hinged with the supportingarm on the flap valve plate and the U shaped block hinged to the pipeline, and through application of assistance by the pressing spring on the connecting rod, a sealing degree for closing of the flapvalve plate is increased; a self-weight in opening of the flap valve plate is offset; and problems that backward flowing and opening jamming which are easily caused by non-tight closing of the flap valve plate, and thus drainage effects are influenced can be solved.
本发明公开了一种助力补偿式拍门,涉及拍门板技术领域。本发明包括拍门板和管道;拍门板并排固定有支撑臂;两支撑臂端部均铰接有连接块;连接块侧面连接有连接杆;连接杆套设有压簧;管道一端并排连接有与支撑臂铰接的支撑块;管道另一端并排连接有铰座;铰座铰接有U形块;U形块侧面开设有与连接杆间隙配合的通孔;压簧一端与连接块抵靠,另一端与U形块抵靠;压簧用于为拍门板与管道间的开闭状态提供助力。本发明通过拍门板上支撑臂铰接的连接杆与管道上铰接的U形块连接,并通过连接杆上的压簧施加助力增加拍门板关闭的密闭程度,并抵消拍门板开启时的自重,解决了现有拍门板关闭不严易产生倒灌和开启受阻影响排水效果的问题。
