The structure comprises an upper prefabricated wall, wherein a plurality of connecting steel bars arevertically pre-buried in the upper prefabricated wall, a plurality of steel bar connecting pieces are pre-buried in the bottom end of the upper prefabricated wall, the upper ends of the connecting steel bars are exposed out of the top end of the upper prefabricated wall, the lower ends of the connecting steel bars are fixedly connected with the upper ends of steel bar connecting pieces, the upperprefabricated wall, a prefabricated floor slab and a lower prefabricated wall are sequentially connected from top to bottom, and the upper ends of connecting steel bars in the lower prefabricated wallpenetrate through the prefabricated floor slab, extend into the steel bar connecting pieces in the upper prefabricated wall and are fixedly connected through nuts. According to the structure, by means of connection between the steel bar connecting pieces and the connecting steel bars, effective connection between the upper prefabricated wall and the lower prefabricated wall and between the upperprefabricated wall and the lower prefabricated wall as well as the floor slab or a foundation is achieved, the strength of a horizontal joint between the walls is improved, the connecting steel bars are arranged in the walls in a full-length manner, stress is effectively transferred, the connecting steel bars are connected with the steel bar connecting pieces through the nuts, earthquake horizontal acting force can be resisted jointly, and reliability is high.
