The invention discloses a positioning adjuster and a production method and a positioning adjustment method of the positioning adjuster. The positioning adjuster comprises an adjuster main body and twoadjustment rods, and the two adjustment rods are arranged at the two ends of the adjuster main body coaxially in a penetrating manner. The production method includes the steps of S1 welding the adjuster main body and S2 installing the adjustment rods. The adjustment method includes the steps that A, a plurality of positioning adjusters are installed first in a construction region according to thedesign requirements; B, corresponding components are put above the positioning adjusters and fixedly connected with adjustment rods at the upper ends of adjuster main bodies to complete positioning of the components; and C, the adjuster main bodies and the adjustment rods are controlled to rotate relatively to move the components to set positions. The structure or method disclosed in the invention can replace a traditional hydraulic jack for positioning and adjusting of the components, the positioning adjuster is simple in structure, easy to manufacture and low in production cost, can be reused or can also be used as consumables at a time, and is easy to operate and high in practicability.
