Connecting grooves are formed in the four corners of the outer wall of the top of the ceiling, and the other ends of the connecting grooves extend into the connecting shells. The inner walls of the drainage pipes are in slidingconnection with water baffles, first fixed plates are mounted on the inner walls of the drainage pipes, and first sliding grooves are formed in the outer walls of the tops of the first fixed plates. In the rainwater guide and collection device, through the arrangement of the connecting grooves, the connecting shells and connecting water pipes, when rainwater is small, the rainwater enters the drainage pipes directly through the connecting shells to be drained to the outside, the time that rainwater erodes the first fixed plates and the like is reduced, and the service life of the guide and collection device is prolonged; and through the arrangement of the water baffles, round rods and the first fixed plates, the tops of the drainage pipes can be blocked when it doesn't rain, and birds andthe like are prevented from nesting at the tops of the drainage pipes.
