Installation method of prefabricated staircase
An installation method of a prefabricated staircase is characterized by comprising the following steps: (a) embedding multiple steel tubes in advance during construction of a staircase beam structure,wherein the steel tubes are disposed in parallel and at an interval, and are in one-to-one correspondence to staircase section reserved holes; (b) hoisting a staircase section in place and leveling the staircase section, and inserting a bolt in each reserved hole; (c) clearance between each bolt and inside of the staircase beam steel tube is filled with a grouting material for concretion; and (d)the staircase section and the bolts are connected by grouting material concretion or hinging according to design requirements. The installation method of the prefabricated staircase provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that hoisting efficiency of the prefabricated staircase is increased; engineering quality is safe and reliable; and a mode of reserving steel casings in the staircase base is used, so that requirements for installation and fixation of the prefabricated staircase are satisfied, and adjustable space is reserved for positioning and leveling during hoisting of the prefabricated staircase.
一种预制楼梯的安装方法，其特征在于包括以下步骤：a、梯梁结构施工时预埋若干钢管，钢管间相互间隔平行设置，并与梯段预留孔一一对应；b、梯段吊装就位、调平，在预留孔内插入螺栓；c、螺栓与梯梁钢管内空隙用灌浆料填实固结；d、梯段与螺栓之间连接，根据设计要求采用灌浆料固结或铰接方式。本发明的预制楼梯的安装方法具有提高了预制楼梯吊装的效率，工程质量安全可靠，采用在梯梁中预留钢套管的方式既满足预制楼梯安装固定要求，又给预制楼梯段吊装时的定位和调平预留了可调空间的优点。
