The invention discloses an easy-to-use construction outer wall whitewashing device which belongs to the technical field of panting devices and comprises a supporting baseplate, wherein a storage box is disposed above the supporting baseplate; a support corresponding to the supporting baseplate is disposed on the bottom end of the storage box; a weight plate is disposed on one end of the upper surface of the supporting baseplate; a first electric hydraulic cylinder is disposed at the center of the upper surface of the weight plate; a whitewashing roller is disposed on the top end of the first electric hydraulic cylinder; a supply mechanism is disposed under the storage box; the supply mechanism comprises a first supporting plate; metal elastic plates corresponding to the supporting baseplate are disposed on two ends of the lower surface of the first supporting plate; and a hybrid cylinder body is disposed on one end of the upper surface of the first supporting plate.
