The automatic feeding and floor tile paving mechanism comprises a vehicle body, a support fixedly arranged on the vehicle body and an air pump arranged on the support and further comprises a distance measuring device, a cutting device, a linkage frame, a feeding device, a paving assembly and a hammering device, wherein the hammering device comprises a rubber hammer, a transmission set and a jacking track, the jacking track is fixedly arranged on the support, the rubber hammer is restrained to move along the jacking track, and the transmission set is in transmission connection with the rubber hammer and the paving assembly. According to the automatic feeding and floor tile paving mechanism, a distance measuring assembly is matched with a cutting assembly to complete measurement and cutting of the needed floor tile width, and then the paving assembly automatically paves cut floor tiles to the ground so that bevel edge cutting can be completed, automatic feeding and hammering paving can be achieved, hollowing is eliminated, and the problems of manual floor tile cutting, carrying and paving are solved; and meanwhile, a scribing knife is used for cutting the glaze surfaces of the floor tiles, so that the phenomenon of glaze surface breakage is avoided.
本发明提供了一种自动上料铺贴地砖机构，包括车体、固定设置于所述车体上的支架以及设置于所述支架上的气泵，还包括：测距装置，切割装置，联动架，上料装置，铺贴组件以及捶打装置，所述捶打装置包括橡皮锤、传动组及顶动轨迹，所述顶动轨迹固定设置于所述支架上，所述橡皮锤约束于所述顶动轨迹运动，所述传动组传动连接所述橡皮锤和所述铺贴组件。通过利用测距组件配合切割组件，完成所需地砖宽度的测量及切割，然后由铺贴组件将切割完成的地砖自动铺贴到地面上，既能完成斜边的切割，又能实现自动上料并且捶打铺贴，消除空鼓，解决了人工进行地砖切割并搬运铺贴的问题，同时通过划刀作用于地砖的釉面切割，避免了釉面破碎的现象。
