The invention discloses an infectious disease hospital layout structure which comprises a cleaning passage, a semi-cleaning passage, a semi-contaminated passage, a contaminated passage and an inpatient ward; a first buffering area is arranged between the cleaning passage and the semi-cleaning passage; the semi-contaminated passage is connected with the semi-cleaning passage; and the semi-contaminated passage and the contaminated passage are positioned on the two sides of the inpatient ward. According to the infectious disease hospital layout structure, the first buffering area is arranged between the cleaning passage and the semi-cleaning passage, when a person enters the semi-cleaning passage from the cleaning passage, the person wears a protective suit at the first buffering area; and the cleaning passage and the contaminated passage are positioned on the two sides of the inpatient ward, so that the activity spaces of medical personnel and patients are separated forcibly to reduce the risk that the medical personnel and other patients are infected.
