The invention relates to the technical field of building materials and discloses a preparation method of high-strength cement-based water-permeable bricks. The prepared cement-based water-permeable bricks have higher strength in performance, are provided with through holes in structure and can grow green plantings; oblique hole structures can be formed inside the cement-based water-permeable bricks, and water-permeable channel structures can be formed in peripheral sides of the cement-based water-permeable bricks; and after the bricks are laid on a stopping pad, the environment can be beautified, the water-permeable channel structures and the oblique hole structures of the bricks can be utilized to make all rainwater in heavy-hard rain quickly seep back underground, and therefore water accumulation in a parking lot by heavy rain or a rainstorm cannot be caused.
