The production process comprises the following steps that paying off is carried out on a mold table; a side mold is mounted on the mold table; steel bars of the inner wall are bound; truss steel bars or steel reinforcement cages are bound; inner wallconcrete is poured; according to a design drawing of a heat preservation connecting piece, a heat preservation connecting piece preformed hole is drilled in the corresponding position of a heat preservation plate in advance; the heat preservation connecting piece penetrates through the heat preservation connecting piece preformed hole in the heat preservation plate, and the heat preservation connecting piece is sleeved with a supporting plate; before the inner wall concrete is initially set, the heat preservation connecting piece clamped with the heat preservation plate is inserted into the inner wall concrete; and reinforcing steel bars of the outer wall are bound on the heat preservation plate, concrete of the outer wall is poured, and the formwork is removed after outer wall concrete and the inner wall concrete reach the strength, so as to obtain the double-sided prefabricated thermal insulation laminated shear wallboard. The production equipment investment is low, production of the double-sided prefabricated heat preservation laminated shear wallboard can be achieved only on a common production line, and the universality of an assembly line is high.
