The invention discloses a construction method of steel structure hoisting equipment for building and road building construction. The method comprises the steps that a to-be-hoisted object is hoisted through the hoisting equipment; when the to-be-hoisted object is hoisted to designated height without motion, if accidental rotation of a hoisting wheel is detected, power supply to a driving electromagnetic switch is broken, the movable end of the driving electromagnetic switch can move freely, and the upper end of a driving plate can drive a clamping jaw touch bolt to move in a direction towardsthe circle center of a clamping wheel till the clamping jaw touch bolt touches a driving arc-shaped surface of a clamping jaw block; the clamping jaw block can be driven to rotate along with the rotation of the hoisting wheel, so that a clamping jaw is clamped to a clamping groove; the hoisting wheel drives the clamping wheel to rotate together, the clamping wheel drives a braking linkage plate tomove, and the braking linkage plate touches a switching linkage rod to enable an alarm device to give an alarm; and the braking linkage plate drives, through a braking linkage plate reset spring, theupper portion of a braking block mounting base to turn over towards the hoisting wheel, so that a hoisting wire compression braking block compresses a hoisting wire into a hoisting wire wheel groove,and the rotation of the hoisting wheel is stopped. The method is suitable for building and road bridge construction.
一种建筑和道路桥梁施工用的钢结构起吊设备施工方法,包括步骤:通过起吊设备起吊起吊物;当起吊物起吊到指定高度不动时,若检测出起吊轮发生意外转动,则断开驱动电磁开关的供电,驱动电磁开关的活动端便可自由移动,驱动板上端就会带着卡爪触碰螺栓朝向卡轮的圆心方向移动,直至卡爪触碰螺栓触碰到卡爪块的驱动弧形面上,随着起吊轮的转动便可驱动卡爪块转动,使卡爪与卡槽形成卡接,起吊轮带着卡轮一起转动,卡轮带动制动联动板移动,制动联动板触碰开关联动杆使报警器报警,制动联动板通过制动联动板复位弹簧带动制动块安装座上部朝起吊轮翻转,使起吊线压紧制动块将起吊线压紧在起吊线轮槽内,停止起吊轮的转动。适用于建筑和道路桥梁施工。
