The invention discloses a polyurethane cement composite repairing material. The polyurethane cement composite repairing material comprises a component A, a component B and a component C, wherein the component A comprises polymethylene polyphenyl isocyanate and diphenyl methane diisocyanate; the component B comprises polyol, a polyurethane defoaming agent, an oxazolidine water removal agent, waterand a molecular sieve; and the component C comprises cement and ground calcium carbonate powder. The polyurethane cement composite repairing material can be quickly cured, is high in strength, does not foam when meeting water, is high in volume stability and good in durability, and can be used for slurry-turning and mud-overflowing treatment of railroad bed sections, ballasted tracks and ballast-less tracks and treatment of slurry-turning and mud-overflowing of highways.
