The flyover is provided with four layers in total; the south-north two-way four lanes form the first layer, the east-west two-way four lanes form the second layer of the flyover, a pedestrian turninglayer forms the third layer, and a vehicle steering layer forms the fourth layer. And slope flyovers of upper and lower lanes and slope flyovers of sidewalks are respectively built in south and northdirections of the first layer to the third layer in the east-west direction. The third layer is designed to solve a problem that pedestrians need to turn to pass, and the pedestrians can turn to the third turning layer or pass by taking an elevator. And all vehicles needing to be steered are steered anticlockwise from the vehicle steering road slope flyover to the fourth layer. The total design height is 15 meters; the height from the first layer to the second layer is six meters. And the net height is 5.4 m. And the height from the second layer to the third layer is six meters. And the net height is 5.4 m. And the net height from the third layer to the fourth layer is 2.4 meters. The design plane diameter of the three pedestrian steering layers is 40-50 meters. And the diameter of the plane of the fourth vehicle steering layer is designed to be 80-100m. And four elevators are designed to be mounted at four corners, so that people can conveniently turn up and down to pass through.
本立交桥共设计四层:南北方向双向四车道为第一层。东西方向双向四车道为立交桥第二层。第三层为行人转向层。第四层为车辆转向层。第一层的南北两个方向分别建上下道的斜面立交桥和人行道的斜面立交桥东西方向到第三层。设计第三层解决行人需要转向过路的问题,行人可到第三层转向层或乘电梯转向或过路。凡是需要转向的车辆一律沿车辆转向路斜面立交桥到第四层沿逆时针方向进行转向。设计总高度共15米;第一层到第二层高六米。净高五米四。第二层到第三层六米。净高五米四。第三层到第四层三米净高两米四。三层行人转向层设计平面直径为40米到50米。第四层车辆转向层平面直径设计80米到100米。并设计在四个加角处安装四座电梯共人们上下转向过路方便。
