The bridge support comprises a lower seat plate assembly arranged on the lower portion, a middle seat plate arranged on the lower seat plate assembly, and an upper seat plate assembly arranged above the middle seat plate. A concave cavity is formed in the top surface or the bottom surface of the middle seat plateembedded with a non-metal sliding plate; an ejection mechanism is arranged in the concave cavity; a filling mechanism for filling the ejection mechanism with an ejection material is arranged on the side surface of the middle seat plate; the ejection mechanism comprises a friction carrier plate and an adjusting base plate which are sequentially stacked in the cavity, the filling mechanism is composed of a first filling flow channel and a second filling flow channel, a discharging port of the first filling flow channel is communicated with a gap between the friction carrier plate and the adjusting base plate, and a discharging port of the second filling flow channel is communicated with a gap between the bottom of the cavity and the adjusting base plate. According to the bridge support, thecontinuous effectiveness of a friction pair can be guaranteed within the designed life cycle, the requirement for the ultra-long sliding distance of a large bridge support or an extra-large bridge support can be met, and the service life of the bridge support matches the designed service life of a bridge.
