The invention relates to a spraying maintenance system and method for a cast-in-place box girder of a viaduct. The system comprises: a plurality of fixing frames arranged on the side portion of a boxgirder formwork; a water supply pipeline is laid on the fixing frame; a plurality of first spray heads which are mounted on the water supply pipeline; a water collecting tank is arranged close to thecast-in-place box girder and is filled with water; the booster pump is communicated with the water collecting tank, the booster pump is communicated with the water supply pipeline through a water conveying pipe, water in the water collecting tank is pumped into the water supply pipeline through the booster pump, and then water in the water supply pipeline is sprayed to the top face of the cast-in-place box girder from a water outlet of the first spray head to achieve spray maintenance of the cast-in-place box girder. In the process of maintaining the cast-in-place box girder, the cast-in-placebox girder is maintained; water sprayed to the top face of the cast-in-place box girder is guided to the surface of the cast-in-place box girder through the box girder formwork, the surface soaking effect of the cast-in-place box girder is more uniform and water evaporation is slow; before the cast-in-place box girder is hardened, the vertical face maintenance effect of the cast-in-place box girder is improved, water in the cast-in-place box girder is kept, and the maintenance effect is good.
