Anti-collision guardrail device
The invention discloses an anti-collision guardrail device. The anti-collision guardrail device comprises stand columns, a flexible corrugated pipe provided with an impact side and a guide side whichare distributed on the two sides in an axial direction, and buffering and energy-absorbing blocks. The buffering and energy-absorbing blocks are connected between the stand columns and the flexible corrugated pipe and are provided with first matching surfaces and second matching surfaces respectively which are oppositely arranged; the first matching surface of each buffering energy-absorbing blockis connected with the upper end of each stand column in a matched mode, the second matching surface of each buffering energy-absorbing block is connected with the guide side of the flexible corrugated pipe in a matched mode, the impact side points to the second matching surface; and the flexible corrugated pipe is filled with an energy buffering filler. When a travelling crane collides with the impact side of the flexible corrugated pipe, the energy buffering filler in the flexible corrugated pipe buffers and absorbs energy, redundant energy is transmitted to the guide side and transmitted tothe buffer energy absorption block through the second matching surfaces to be subjected to secondary energy buffer and absorption, and finally impact energy is absorbed by the stand columns with highrigidity. The anti-collision guardrail device has high rigidity, good buffering and energy absorbing performance and guiding performance, and the safety of people and vehicles is guaranteed.
