The prefabricated vertical pile wall embankment protection structure comprises prefabricated units and reinforced concrete structures used for being connected to a river bank, the prefabricated units are provided with first reserved holes and reserved half holes, the first reserved holes and the reserved half holes penetrate through the prefabricated units in the up-down direction, the reserved half holes are formed in the side walls of the prefabricated units, every twoadjacent prefabricated units in the left-right direction are spliced to form a protective layer, and the reserved half holes of every two adjacent prefabricated units in the left-right direction arespliced to form second reserved holes. The multiple protective layers are stacked in the vertical direction, every two vertically-adjacent first reserved holes are right opposite to each other and communicate with each other to form a first pouring hole site, and every two vertically-adjacent second reserved holes are right opposite to each other and communicate with each other to form a second pouring hole site, and the plurality of reinforced concrete structures are arranged in the first pouring hole site and the second pouring hole site in a penetrating manner.
