Method for repairing underground passage
The invention discloses a method for repairing an underground passage. The method for repairing the underground passage comprises the following steps of firstly, downwards driving a plurality of pipepiles in a region, where a deformation joint with a fault is located, of a bottom plate of the underground passage; then chiseling out concrete in the region, where the driven pipe piles are located,of the bottom plate, and conducting expanding excavation downwards and towards the periphery of the chiseled-out area of the bottom plate; applying a pile cap plate in a space formed by expanding excavation, and reworking the chiseled-out area of the bottom plate, wherein the applied pile cap plate extends to the periphery below the chiseled-out area of the bottom plate; and finally carrying out waterproof reinforcement treatment on the areas, located on a side wall and a top plate of the underground passage, of the deformation joint. The multiple pipe piles are driven underground at the deformation joint, then the region, where the pipe piles are driven, of the bottom plate is chiseled out, and the pile cap plate is applied to the tops of the pipe piles, so that the pile cap plate and allthe pipe piles play a bearing role in the underground passage, continuous settlement of the underground passage is effectively prevented, and the deformation joint is unlikely to leak water under thecondition that settlement does not occur.
本发明公开了一种地下通道修复方法,该地下通道修复方法首先在地下通道的底板位于出现故障的变形缝所在区域向下打设若干管桩;之后凿除底板位于打设的管桩所在区域的混凝土,并在底板被凿除区域下方向下及四周扩挖;然后在扩挖形成的空间中施做桩帽板,以及重做底板上被凿除的区域,且施做的桩帽板延伸到底板被凿除区域下方四周;最后对变形缝处于地下通道侧墙及顶板区域进行防水加固处理。通过在变形缝处向地下打设多根管桩,然后将底板上打设管桩的区域凿除,在管桩顶部施做桩帽板,使得桩帽板以及所有的管桩对地下通道起到承载作用,有效防止地下通道的继续沉降,而在不发生沉降情况下,变形缝处亦不会轻易发生漏水现象。
