Water transportation pipes are arranged at the bottom of the pool and the bottom of the water collection tank and are connected with a reservoir. The water transportation pipes can introduce rainwater falling into the pool and the water collection tank into the reservoir. In a waterclogging season, the rainwater can rapidly pass the pool and the water collection tank and flow into the reservoir, so the rainwater surrounding the house can be rapidly drained. An irrigation faucet can be further arranged in a plantation zone and communicate with the reservoir, so vegetable crops planted in the plantation zone can be irrigated in a drought season, and circulating utilization of the rainwater can be realized.
