The invention relates to a composite floor slab structure and a construction method thereof and relates to the technical field of prefabricated buildings. An isolation area is formed by laminating sintered bricks. The sintered bricks are provided with sound insulation holes. The sound insulation holes penetrate through the sintered bricks. The sound insulation holes are formed in the gravity centers of the sintered bricks. A bearing area is formed by arranging upper support rods and lower support rods in sequence. The upper support rods and the lower support rods are symmetrically arranged. The adjacent support rods abut against each other in a matched mode. Each support rod comprises a cross rod and longitudinal rods connected with the two ends of the cross rod. The cross rods and the longitudinal rods are wavy. A connecting area is composed of connecting bars. The connecting bars are arranged on the sides, far away from the sintered bricks, of the support rods and are in abutting connection with the support rods. A fixing area wraps the isolation area and the bearing area and allows the connecting bars to pass through. A hoisting area is composed of a plurality of hoisting elbowpieces for being hoisted by hoisting tools and fixed bars used for fixing the hoisting elbow pieces. The fixed bars are located in the fixing area.
