Adjustable column formwork
The invention discloses an adjustable column formwork. The adjustable column formwork comprises a front formwork body, a rear formwork body, a left formwork body and a right formwork body. A sliding groove, a small sliding groove, teeth and size scales are arranged on a pouring face of the rear formwork body, and two ends of the sliding groove are chiseled through. One end of the sliding groove ofeach of the left formwork body and the right formwork body is chiseled through, two bearings are arranged on a side wall of a non-chiseled end of each of the left formwork body and the right formworkbody, and the rest structures of the left formwork body and the right formwork body are the same with the structures of the rear formwork body. Four bearings are arranged on a side wall of the pouring face of the front formwork body. According to a column side line, the rear formwork body is firstly installed, the left formwork body and the right formwork body are embedded into the sliding grooveformed in the pouring face of the rear formwork body through the bearings of the left formwork body and the right formwork body to be connected with the rear formwork body, the front formwork body isembedded into the sliding groove formed in the pouring face of the left formwork body and the sliding groove formed in the pouring face of the right formwork body through the bearing on the front formwork body to be connected with the left formwork body and the right formwork body, and the upper formwork body and the lower formwork body are connected through bolts and inserting holes in the backfaces of the formwork bodies. The distance between the formwork bodies is achieved through sliding bearings according to the size scales on the pouring faces, each sliding groove is sealed through a sealing strip embedded into the corresponding small sliding groove, and the formwork bodies are fixed through formwork fixing devices and the sealing strips. The formwork is convenient to dismount andassemble, one formwork can be used for pouring of columns in multiple sizes, column hoops are not needed, and popularization is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种可调节柱模板,包括前后左右模板,后模板浇筑面设有滑槽、小滑槽、齿、尺寸刻度,滑槽两端凿通,左右模板除了滑槽一端凿通和未凿通端侧壁有两个轴承外,均与后模板相同,前模板浇筑面侧壁设有四个轴承,根据柱边线,先安装后模板,将左右模板通过左右模板的轴承嵌入后模板浇筑面开设的滑槽来与后模板连接,将前模板通过前模板上的轴承嵌入左右模板浇筑面开设的滑槽与左右模板连接,上下模板连接通过模板背面插销和插孔的连接,所诉模板之间距离根据浇筑面上尺寸刻度通过滑动轴承实现,所诉滑槽通过嵌入小滑槽的封条密封,模板通过模板固定器和封条固定,此模板拆卸组装方便、一模板可用于多尺寸柱浇筑且无需柱箍,有利于推广。
