The invention discloses a prestress steel wire rope strengthened concrete beam construction method characterized by comprising the construction steps that (1) prepunched holes are drilled in designated positions of two corners of the bottom of a steel beam; (2) concrete of the lower portion of a concrete beam is chiseled away, a main bar is exposed, and the steel beam and the main bar are welded;(3) whitewash on the surface of a brick wall is peeled, an annular brick groove is drilled, and a steel plate forming a steel anchoring hoop penetrates through the annular brick groove, and a whole isformed through welding; (4) a reserved hole is drilled in a concrete floor; (5) central pivot steel wire ropes penetrate through the prepunched holes in the bottom corners of the steel beam to be fixed to the steel anchoring hoop, and turnbuckles between the steel wire rope and the steel anchoring hoop are installed; (6) prestress is applied to the central pivot steel wire ropes through the turnbuckles; (7) gaps between the steel wire ropes and the reserved hole of the concrete floor are closed by high-strength glue; and (8) whitewashing is conducted with high-strength mortar on the two sidesof the concrete beam.
