The full-automatic mobile isolation, epidemic prevention, disinfection and sterilization access control system comprises a sealed isolation cabin body, a negative pressure generation system, a disinfection and sterilization spray spraying system, a power supply, a thermograph, an access control system management unlocking system and a controller; an air inlet and an air outlet are arranged at the top end and the bottom end of the sealed isolation cabin body respectively; the negative pressure generation system comprises a negative pressure machine, a filter screen and a ventilating duct; a wheel set is arranged at the bottom of the sealed isolation cabin body; the full-automatic mobile isolation, epidemic prevention, disinfection and sterilization access control system further comprises a power device for opening or closing a sealing door; and the access control system management unlocking system includes a manager terminal, a user terminal and an access control system device. According to the full-automatic mobile isolation, epidemic prevention, disinfection and sterilization access control system and the use method thereof provided by the invention, the body temperature of entering persons can be checked, persons to be inspected can be closed in a closed room and can be transferred as a whole, so that the situation that the persons to be inspected escape control can be avoided, and a larger range of infection can be avoided.
