The algorithm comprises the following steps that S1, whether a current vehicle window is in an automatic rising process and located in an anti-pinch area or not is judged, if so, S2 is executed, and otherwise, S12 is executed; S2, current motor driving force is calculated, and S3 is executed after calculation is completed; S3, whether a starting filtering enabling flag bit is true or not is judged, S5 is executed if the flag bit is true, and S4 is executed if the flag bit is false; S4, vehicle window anti-pinch judgment and processing are executed, and S12 is executed after the judgment and processing are completed; S5, whether a starting filtering count value is smaller than a protection value ornot is judged, if yes, S6 is executed, and if not, S9 is executed; and S6, one is added to the starting filtering count value, and S7 is executed after completion.
