Expansion self-locking anchor rod
The invention discloses an expansion self-locking anchor rod. The expansion self-locking anchor rod is characterized in that a first conical hole is formed in the front end part of an anchor rod body,a second conical hole is formed in the rear end part of the anchor rod body, two or more front open grooves are formed in the front end part of the anchor rod body, two or more rear open grooves areformed in the rear end of the anchor rod body, a conical core rod is arranged in the first conical hole, a conical rod head is arranged at the front end of the core rod, a conical pin is arranged in the second conical hole, a protruding top cap is arranged at the rear end of the pin, and a tray is arranged on the pin in a sleeving mode. A counter bore is drilled in a rock-soil body, under the state that the pin and the anchor rod body are separated, the anchor rod body and the core rod penetrate through a supporting net and then are fed into the counter bore, and after the front end of the core rod is abutted against the bottom of the counter bore, the rear end of the anchor rod body is impacted, and the front end of the anchor rod body chips and cuts the hole wall in the advancing process, and the front end part is gradually expanded under the action of the core rod and is in conical fit with the hole wall, so that the anchor rod is reliably fixed in the counter bore; and then the pinis inserted into the second conical hole, the top cap is impacted by external force, and the supporting net can be tightly pressed on the rock-soil body by the top cap and the tray.
膨胀自锁锚杆，锚杆体的前端部具有第一锥形孔、后端部具有第二锥形孔，锚杆体的前端部开有两条以上的前开口槽、后端部开有两条以上的后开口槽，第一锥形孔中装有锥形的芯杆，芯杆的前端具有呈锥体的杆头，第二锥形孔中装有锥形的柱销，柱销的后端具有突出的顶帽，柱销上套有一托盘。在岩土体上钻出沉孔，在柱销与锚杆体分离状态下，将锚杆体及芯杆穿过支护网后送入至沉孔中，当芯杆的前端与沉孔的底部抵靠后，撞击锚杆体后端，锚杆体的前端在前进的过程铲削孔壁，且前端部在芯杆的作用下逐渐膨胀并与孔壁形成圆锥配合，锚杆则被可靠的固定在沉孔中；再将柱销插入第二锥形孔，用外力撞击顶帽，即可由顶帽及托盘将支护网压紧在岩土体上。
