The invention discloses a forestry seedling cultivation device based on rainwater recycling. The forestry seedling cultivation device comprises a base, wherein supporting rods are installed at the twoends of the top end of the base; a supporting plate is installed at the top ends of the supporting rods; a second driving motor is installed in the middle of the top end of the base; the output end of the second driving motor is connected with the bottom end of the supporting plate through a second rotating shaft; a box body is installed in the middle of the top end of the supporting plate; waterpumps are installed at the two ends of the bottom end of the interior of the box body; hoses are installed at the output ends of the water pumps; a metal filter screen is transversely installed on the upper portion of the interior of the box body; and a rain collecting port is formed in the top end of the box body. According to the device, impurities in rainwater are filtered through the metal filter screen, the phenomenon that the device is blocked in the using process is prevented, the metal filter screen is detached through ear cooperation between clamping blocks and clamping grooves, themetal filter screen is convenient to maintain regularly, and the service life of the metal filter screen is prolonged.
