The invention relates to a spraying machine for a metal roof heat-insulating coating and relates to the field of waterproof material spraying equipment. According to the technical scheme, the sprayingmachine comprises a vehicle body; two moving mechanisms are arranged at the bottom of the vehicle body; a traction assembly is arranged at one side of the vehicle body; the side, provided with the traction assembly, of the vehicle body is further provided with a grinding device, wherein the grinding device is used for grinding colored steel joint seams; and the vehicle body is internally providedwith an ash cleaning device, a glue feeding device and a spraying device in sequence in the advancing direction of the vehicle body. The spraying machine has the beneficial effects that labor expenditure of manual work is saved, and meanwhile, three types of work are completed; the work efficiency is greatly improved; and workers can start the spraying device once more according to the solidification degree of a glue solution to meet work requirements under different conditions.
本发明涉及一种用于金属屋面隔热涂层的喷涂机，涉及防水材料喷涂设备领域，其技术方案要点是：包括车体，车体底部设置有两个移动机构，车体的一侧设置有牵引组件，车体设有牵引组件的一侧还设置有对彩钢接缝出打磨的打磨装置，车体内由车体前进方向依次设置有清灰装置、放胶装置和喷涂装置。本发明的优点是：不但节省了人工的劳动消耗，又同时完成了三项工作，大大提高了工作效率，工作人员可根据胶液的凝固程度，再对喷涂装置进行开启，以满足不同情况的工作。
