The invention provides an automatic pipeline slag removing device for a water conservancy project. The automatic pipeline slag removing device comprises triangular supports, a transverse driving shaftand a driving gear. Bearing sleeves are embedded in the upper ends of the triangular supports, the two triangular supports are fixedly connected to the inner walls of the two ends of a pipeline bodycorrespondingly, the transverse driving shaft is arranged at the upper end of the inner side of the pipeline body and rotationally embedded in the bearing sleeves, and one end of the transverse driving shaft is in transmission connection with a vertical driving shaft through a bevel gear set; and the driving gear is mounted on the transverse driving shaft in a sliding manner and is in meshed connection with an inner transmission gear, and the inner transmission gear is further in meshed connection with two groups of opposite linkage gears. When the driving gear drives the inner transmission gear and a slag removal push ring to rotate synchronously, the inner transmission gear and the slag removal push ring can be pushed to move forwards through the linkage gears, and pipeline slag on the inner wall of the pipeline body is scraped off through a scraper blade, falls to the front side of the slag removal push ring and is pushed out through the slag removal push ring.
