Waste-utilizing environment-friendly high-early-strength quick-hardening cement-based material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a waste-utilizing environment-friendly high-early-strength quick-hardening cement-based material. The cementing material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 40to 80 parts of air-quenched and quenched LF furnace refining slag, 10 to 40 parts of gypsum, 5 to 15 parts of carbonate, 4 to 15 parts of nitrate and 0.1 to 1 part of an additive. The preparation method comprises the steps: firstly, uniformly mixing the prepared air-quenched and quenched LF furnace refining slag with gypsum, carbonate and nitrate according to a mass ratio or parts; then, uniformlyspraying the prepared admixture on the mixed solid material according to the mass ratio or parts; and finally, grinding the materials into micro powder with the specific surface area of 400+/-10 m<2>/kg in a ball mill to obtain the high-early-strength quick-hardening cement-based material. Byproducts of steel smelting, phosphate fertilizer production and the like are effectively utilized, and high-added-value utilization of the byproducts is promoted; not only is the cost low, but also excellent high early strength performance is achieved, and the defect that a common early-strength quick-hardening cement-based material is poor in later-period performance is overcome; the popularization and application prospects in special engineering such as rush repair, rush building engineering, low-temperature construction engineering and prefabricated parts are wide.
本发明提供了一种利废环保型高早强快硬胶凝材料,包括以下质量份数的组分:风淬急冷LF炉精炼渣40‑80份、石膏10‑40份、碳酸盐5‑15份,硝酸盐4‑15份、外加剂0.1‑1份。其制备方法包括:首先,将制备的风淬急冷LF炉精炼渣与石膏、碳酸盐及硝酸盐按照质量比例或份数均匀混合;然后,将制备的外加剂按质量比例或份数均匀喷洒在混合上述固体物料上;最后,将上述物料在球磨机中粉磨至比表面积为400±10m2/kg的微粉,即得本发明的高早强快硬胶凝材料。本发明有效利用了钢铁冶炼、磷肥生产等副产物,促进其高附加值利用;不仅成本低廉,而且具有优异的高早强性能,还克服了常用早强快硬水泥基材料后期性能较差的不足;在抢修、抢建工程、低温施工工程和预制构件等特种工程上的推广应用前景广阔。
