The invention discloses a method for producing fly ash by using stone cutting solid waste. The method comprises the following steps that S1, coal gangue with the particle size being 2-4 cm is added into the stone cutting solid waste, the mass ratio of the coal gangue to the stone cutting solid waste is 0.08-0.12: 1, the coal gangue and the stone cutting solid waste are mixed and stirred to be uniform, then calcination is conducted at the temperature of 850-1000 DEG C till the water content of the material is reduced to 3% or below, and a calcined material is obtained; and S2, furnace slag is added into the calcined material according to a mass ratio of the furnace slag to the stone cutting solid waste of 0.02-0.08: 1, and then the material is mixed and ground until the material can pass through a 325-mesh sieve. The method has the advantages that a new stone cutting solid waste recycling way is provided, the prepared fly ash product completely meets the secondary fly ash quality standard of the concrete admixture of the national legal detection standard, and resource utilization of the stone cutting solid waste is achieved.
本发明公开了一种利用石料切割固废生产粉煤灰的方法,包括以下步骤:S1:向石料切割固废中加入粒径为2~4cm的煤矸石,所述煤矸石与石料切割固废的质量比为0.08~0.12:1,混合搅拌均匀,然后在850~1000℃下煅烧,直至将物料含水率降至3%以下,得到煅烧后物料;S2、向所述煅烧后物料中加入炉渣,所述炉渣与石料切割固废的质量之比为0.02~0.08:1,然后混合研磨至物料能过325目筛。其优点是:1)提供了一种新的石料切割固废回收利用途径;2)所制得的粉煤灰产品完全符合国家法定检测标准的混凝土掺和材料二级粉煤灰质量标准,实现石料切割固废的资源化利用。
