The invention discloses a preparation method of a zero-VOC floating bead smoke prevention and exhaust branch pipe material prepared from high-alumina fly ash. The preparation method comprises the following steps: using high-alumina fly ash as a main raw material, mixing with Portland cement, uniformly mixing with water, pulping, and injecting into a dynamic reaction kettle to perform hydrothermalsynthesis reaction; after the reaction, adding an additive, glass fibers and an inorganic adhesive, and sequentially carrying out compression molding and air drying treatment to obtain the zero-VOC floating bead smoke prevention and exhaust air pipe material. A large amount of high-alumina fly ash is adopted as a main raw material, the high-alumina fly ash belongs to an inorganic material and doesnot contain VOC, and floating beads extracted from the high-alumina fly ash are micro-droplets formed by melting clayey substances when pulverized coal is combusted in a power plant boiler and spin at a high speed under the action of hot air of turbulent flow in the boiler so that a full-circle silicon-aluminum sphere is formed. Gas such as nitrogen, hydrogen, carbon dioxide and the like generated by combustion and cracking reaction is quickly expanded in the molten high-temperature silicon-aluminum spheres to form hollow glass bubbles under the action of surface tension, and then the hollowglass bubbles enter a flue to be quickly cooled and hardened to form high-vacuum glassy hollow microspheres. The material has the advantages of obvious environmental protection, zero VOC and excellentfireproof and heat-insulating properties, the fireproof grade is A1 grade, the heat conductivity coefficient is 0.045 (W/(m.k)), and the material can be widely applied to smoke prevention and exhaustduct core materials of electronic clean workshops.
本发明公开了一种高铝粉煤灰制成的零VOC漂珠防排烟分管材料的制备方法,该方法是以高铝粉煤灰为主要原料,与硅酸盐水泥混合后与水混合均匀制浆后注入动态反应釜中进行水热合成反应。反应后加入添加剂以及玻璃纤维、无机胶,依次进行模压成型和风干处理,得到零VOC漂珠防排烟风管材料。本发明主要原料大量采用高铝粉煤灰,属于无机材料,不含VOC,由高铝粉煤灰中提取的漂珠是煤粉在电厂锅炉内燃烧时,粘土质物质熔融成微液滴,在炉内湍流的热空气作用下高速自旋,形成浑圆硅铝球体。燃烧和裂解反应产生的氮气、氢气和二氧化碳等气体,在熔融的高温硅铝球体内迅速膨胀,在表面张力作用下,形成中空的玻璃泡,然后进入烟道迅速冷却,硬化后,成为高真空的玻璃态空心微珠。本发明具备明显的环保优势,零VOC,同时具有优异的防火保温性能,防火等级为A1级,导热系数为0.045(W/(m.k)),可广泛应用于电子洁净厂房的防排烟风管芯材。
