The invention relates to a concrete dipping device which comprises a dipping pool, wherein the dipping pool is defined by a concrete bottom plate and concrete side plates to form a pool body with an opening in the top, and a plurality of sets of supporting columns used for containing concrete slabs are arranged on the concrete bottom plate in the vertical direction; a laser emitting mechanism which is for generating light and is arranged at the top of the dipping pool; a concave lens, wherein the end, close to the top of the dipping pool, of the laser emitting mechanism is connected with the concave lens located below the laser emitting mechanism; a stirring mechanism which is used for stirring impregnation liquid and is arranged on the concrete side plate in the horizontal direction, andthe distance between the mounting position of the stirring mechanism and the top of the dipping pool is 1200-1500 mm. Laser irradiates the concave lens, light source divergence is caused, so that light irradiates the top of the whole dipping pool, organic matter molecules in impregnation liquid and silicate molecules in concrete are subjected to a polymerization reaction, the impregnation liquid in the dipping pool flows through the stirring mechanism, the permeation rate is increased, and the problem of uneven concrete impregnation is solved.
