Snow sweeper control method
The invention discloses a snow sweeper control method, and belongs to the technical field of engineering machinery. According to the method, a snow sweeper control system is adopted. The method specifically comprises the following steps: when an accelerator knob is turned on, a vehicle control unit only receives an accelerator opening voltage signal of the accelerator knob to control the rotatingspeed of an engine, and at the moment, the vehicle control unit controls the current of a walking plunger pump electromagnetic valve to be in direct proportion to the accelerator opening degree voltage signal of the accelerator knob and controls the current of the walking motor electromagnetic valve to be in inverse proportion to the accelerator opening degree voltage signal of the accelerator knob so as to control snow removal operation of the whole vehicle; and when the accelerator knob is closed, the vehicle control unit receives an accelerator opening voltage signal of the accelerator pedal, receives a voltage signal of a walking handle while controlling the rotating speed of the engine, and controls the whole vehicle to move to travel through the walking plunger pump and the walking motor. The problems that in the working process of an existing snow sweeper, an accelerator knob and a walking handle need to be continuously operated, the operation amount is large, fatigue of a driver is likely to be caused, and potential safety hazards exist can be solved.
本发明公开了一种除雪车控制方法,属工程机械技术领域,该方法采用一种除雪车控制系统,具体是:当油门旋钮开启时,整车控制器只接收油门旋钮的油门开度电压信号控制发动机转速,此时整车控制器控制行走柱塞泵电磁阀的电流与油门旋钮的油门开度电压信号成正比、控制行走马达电磁阀的电流与油门旋钮的油门开度电压信号成反比,以控制整车除雪作业;当油门旋钮关闭时,整车控制器接收加速踏板的油门开度电压信号,控制发动机转速的同时接收行走手柄的电压信号通过行走柱塞泵和行走马达控制整车转场行车。本发明可以解决现有除雪车工作过程中存在的需不断的操作油门旋钮和行走手柄,操作量比较大,容易引起驾驶者疲劳,有安全隐患的问题。
