Dustpan-shaped water inlet passage
The invention provides a dustpan-shaped water inlet passage. The dustpan-shaped water inlet passage comprises a linear inlet section, a curved turning section and a horn mouth rectifying section whichare arranged in the flowing direction. The linear inlet section is used for guiding flow, and a base plate of the linear inlet section comprises a linear section which forms a preset included angle between the horizontal plane. The curved turning section and the linear inlet section form a water suction box. The bottom of the curved turning section is of a dustpan-shaped arc structure. A omega-shaped back wall is arranged on the curved turning section. The section of the omega-shaped back wall comprises two arcs of different radius. The horn mouth rectifying section is used for rectifying theflow regime and flow speed of water flow to enable the hydraulic performance of the water flow to be good. By changing the base plate of the back portion of the linear inlet section of the water inlet passage, a bad vortex strip can be prevented; by arranging the omega-shaped back wall on the curved turning section, a rectifying function can be achieved on the water flow before the water flow entering an inlet of the horn mouth rectifying section, the hydraulic loss of the passage can be lowered, and the efficiency of a water pump device is greatly improved.
本发明提供了一种簸箕形进水流道,包括沿着流动方向设置的直线进口段、弯曲转向段、喇叭口整流段;直线进口段用于引流,直线进口段的底板包括与水平面呈预设夹角的直线段;弯曲转向段与直线进口段形成吸水箱;弯曲转向段的底部为簸箕形圆弧结构;弯曲转向段设有ω形后壁,ω形后壁的截面包括两个半径不相同的圆弧;喇叭口整流段用于对水流的流态以及流速进行整流,以使水流的水力性能良好。本发明通过改变进水流道直线进口段后部分底板,可以预防引发不良涡带;且通过在弯曲转向段设置ω形后壁,可以对水流进入到喇叭口整流段进口之前起到整流作用,可以降低流道水力损失,从而使得水泵装置效率大幅度提高。
