The invention discloses a prefabricated concrete filled steel tube pile capable of being interconnected and a manufacturing method thereof. The prefabricated concrete filled steel tube pile comprisestwo semicircular steel column shells, two connecting fasteners, a concrete pipe, at least a connecting piece and two end plates, wherein the two side edges of the semicircular steel column shells arebent inwards by 90 degrees to form L-shaped connecting parts; sections of the two connecting fasteners are C-shaped, each connecting fastener comprises a bottom portion and two buckling parts, whereinthe two buckling parts are inserted into the inner sides of the L-shaped connecting parts of the two semicircular steel column shells correspondingly, and T-shaped inserting grooves are formed in gaps between inner cavities of the connecting fasteners and the L-shaped connecting parts; the concrete pipe is arranged in a cavity defined by the two semicircular steel column shells and the two connecting fasteners, the at least one connecting piece is H-shaped, and the shape of a section of one side of the connecting piece matches the T-shaped inserting grooves; the two sides of the connecting piece are correspondingly inserted into T-shaped inserting grooves on the opposite sides of two prefabricated concrete filled steel tube piles, and the two prefabricated concrete filled steel tube pilesare interconnected; and the two end plates are arranged at the two ends of the prefabricated concrete filled steel tube pile, and the two sides of the end plates are symmetrically provided with T-shaped groove holes matching a wing edge plate of one side of the connecting piece so as to allow the wing edge plate of one side of the connecting piece to pass therethrough.
