The soil nail device comprises a hollow soil nail main body, a nail head, a push-pull assembly and a plurality of clamping assemblies, wherein the nail head is fixedly connected with the bottom of the soil nail main body; the clamping assemblies are arranged on the side wall of the soil nail body, each clamping assembly comprises a clamping plate and a clamping groove formed in the side wall of the soil nail body, and the clamping plate is hinged to the bottom of the clamping groove; the push-pull assembly comprises a lifting rod movably arranged in the soil nail body and a plurality of connecting rods in one-to-one correspondence with the clamping plates; the lifting rod is arranged in the soil nail body in the length direction of the soil nail body, one end of each connecting rod is hinged to the lifting rod, and the other end of each connecting rod is hinged to the corresponding clamping plate; and the connecting rods are driven by the lifting rods, so that the clamping plates are driven to be closed or opened.
