The invention discloses a clearing device for an underground pipeline. The device comprises a travelling barrel arranged in the underground pipeline, a first motor is embedded in the inner wall of theright side of the travelling barrel, a screw rod is fixedly connected to the output end of the first motor, the end, away from the first motor, of the screw rod is rotationally connected with the inner wall of the left side of the travelling barrel, and at least one fixing rod arranged in parallel to the screw rod is fixedly connected to the inner walls of the two sides of the travelling barrel.The device has the advantages that the position of a travelling wheel, a scraping plate and a cleaning brush can be adjusted according to difference of an inner diameter of the underground pipeline, so that the travelling wheel, the scraping plate and the cleaning brush can abut against the inner wall of the underground pipeline, so that moving and clearing are convenient, and the application range is wide. In a traveling process of the device, a shovel plate can shovel sludge, a third motor drives a screw rod to rotate rapidly, then the sludge is lifted into a rotary material barrel, a dredgepump transfers the sludge to a sludge tank on the ground through a sludge outlet pipe, and the sludge clearing efficiency is high.
