The invention discloses an anti-seismic system for a building. The anti-seismic system comprises a foundation adjusting structure, a wall body adjusting structure, a balance sensor and a central controller. The foundation adjusting structure comprises a foundation body located in a foundation pit, anti-seismic balls evenly laid between the foundation body and the foundation pit, telescopic rods evenly fixedly arranged in the foundation body in the radial direction of the foundation body and clamping grooves in the surface of the foundation pit. The foundation body is a segment with the upwardbottom face, and the telescopic rods and the clamping grooves cooperate to fix the foundation body. The wall body adjusting structure is arranged in a wall body of a cylindrical structure on the top of the building, comprises a water storage area, an upper water level adjusting pipe, a lower water level adjusting pipe and a pumper, and is used for enabling the building to be kept vertical throughwater level leveling. The balance sensor is used for monitoring the inclination direction and the inclination angle of the building in real time. The central controller is used for receiving and processing real-time monitored data of the balance sensor and controlling the working states of all the structures. The water level leveling technology is adopted, the building is effectively protected inan earthquake, the building is kept in a vertical state all the time, and the building is prevented from tilting and collapsing.
