Outer barrier wall structure
The invention discloses an outer barrier wall structure. The outer barrier wall structure is characterized in that the outer barrier wall structure comprises an expansion polystyrene board layer, a bonding layer, a reflective coating layer, a glass bead layer and a waterproof layer from interior and the exterior; and an outer barrier wall is prepared through a preparation method. The preparation method comprises the following steps of 1, obtaining glass beads with the diameters ranging from 3 mm to 7 mm; and 2, obtaining a reflective coating and further comprises the step of 3, arranging the glass beads in an array form and fixing the glass beads onto a mold to expose one sides of the glass beads to air, after coating one sides of the glass beads exposed to the air with a coating, directlyarranging a hot melt adhesive layer, and fixedly bonding the glass beads coated with the reflective coating to a substrate through hot melt adhesive, wherein the substrate is an expansion polystyreneboard. The outer barrier wall structure has the beneficial effects that the weight is small, thermally insulation is achieved, and mounting is easy to conduct; sun illumination can be better reflected; and the preparation method is easy to operate, high in implementability and good in reliability.
本发明公开了一种外挡墙结构；其特征在于：包括从内到外的膨胀聚苯乙烯板层、粘结层、反射涂料层、玻璃微珠层和防水层；外挡墙采用以下制备方法制备，制备方法包括以下步骤：a获得直径3‑7mm的玻璃微珠；b获得反射涂料；还包括：步骤c将玻璃微珠阵列排布固定在模具上并使其一侧露出于空中，将露出于空中的玻璃微珠一侧涂上反射涂料后，直接再设置一层热熔胶，并依靠热熔胶将涂有反射涂料的玻璃微珠粘结固定在基材上；所述基材为膨胀聚苯乙烯板。本发明具有轻质、保温易于安装的效果，且能够更好地反射太阳光照，且制备方法操作简单，可实施性强，可靠性好。
