The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a transverse clamping groove is formed inthe top of the inner side face of a parapet wall; a plurality of installing holes are drilled in the inner side surface of the parapet wall and the top surface of a roof layer; S2, a plurality of fixing nails are placed in the installing holes, and fixing lantern rings are welded to the outer ends of the fixing nails; S3, sundries are cleared on the inner side surface of the parapet wall and thetop surface of the roof layer, and after the clearing, waterproof paint is smeared to form a waterproof layer; S4, reinforcing steel bars penetrate into the lantern rings, the plurality of reinforcingsteel bars are bound and fixed to form a reinforcing steel bar framework, and the reinforcing steel bar framework is covered with a sunshade for shielding the waterproof layer; S5, after the waterproof layer is naturally dried in the shade, the sunshade is uncovered, then concrete grout is poured on the waterproof layer on the basis of the steel bar framework, then the sunshade is used for covering, and the concrete grout is solidified on the waterproof layer to form a concrete base layer.
